About me

Most of you know me as @silviadosuno and you probably already know what I'm going to tell you, but for those of you who don't, I'll introduce myself and explain why I decided to create this.

All my life I have suffered a lot for having low defenses.
Every month, when I had my period, my defenses would drop a lot and I would get fungus and cold sores in my mouth.

The latter became very characteristic of me, as I was always walking around with crusts or creams on my lips.
It is something so common among women that I assumed I would have to deal with it all my life.

I started taking a multivitamin recommended by my grandmother, without much hope, since I had tried everything.

She assured me that it would be great for me and that I would have beautiful hair. And, once again, grandmothers never fail.

It's been 4 years now and I haven't had a single hot flash since, plus, look at that great hair, girl!

Of course, I couldn't keep this secret all to myself, and I've created what will make your hair look beautiful, shiny and strong, just like your defenses!

It makes me so happy to know that I'm helping so many girls make getting their period a little less bad, and also, creating an army of Rapunzels!
